Strategic Collaboration to Advance Sustainable Energy

PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (OR) has entered into a strategic partnership with Full System Engineering Co., Ltd. to jointly develop and implement high-efficiency Combined Heat and Power (CHP) systems and industrial energy management solutions. The initiative is part of OR’s broader commitment to support Thailand’s transition toward carbon neutrality.

Formal Signing of the MOU

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed by Mr. Songpol Thepnamsomnat (Executive Vice President, OR), Mr. Nopporn Prowanitcharoen (Senior Division Manager), and Mr. Pisan Boonieamsri (Managing Director, Full System Engineering), signaling a shared objective to modernize energy systems across Thailand’s industrial sector.

Driving Efficiency with CHP and Tailored Energy Solutions

Under this agreement, both parties will collaborate on deploying CHP systems — which capture and reuse waste heat from power generation — alongside tailored Energy Efficiency Solutions (EES) for industrial clients. These technologies aim to improve energy utilization, lower operational costs, and reduce environmental impact in line with national sustainability goals.

Expanding OR’s Role as a Full Energy Solutions Provider

This marks a significant step for OR’s Energy Solutions Division, expanding its service portfolio beyond fuel and retail into steam generation, electricity supply, and comprehensive energy advisory. The project reflects OR’s role as a full-spectrum Energy Solutions Provider, delivering long-term value to the industrial economy while aligning with the decarbonization roadmap of both PTT Group and the Thai government.
